VooDoo Donuts

While my Mom and Dad were here from Utah we decided to find what Portland locals call the Best Donuts in the World. After doing a search on the computer, we located two Voodoo Donut shops. This one was located in downtown Portland. After taking 1/2 hour to find a cheap place to park, we walked a couple blocks in the rain, thinking we were going to go into a little shop to sit and eat donuts. NOT SO, we stood in line, in the rain for a while and once we got inside, it was a counter... pick your donuts and get out! If you notice, the voodoo doll on the sign has nails sticking out of it, and the counter help were covered in piercings and tatoos! Yikes... pretty eerie inside. At another time, we visited the other shop too and it was even more eerie. Coffins and witch craft stuff. But, I can say, the dounts, although weird were delicious. Especially if you like froot loops and captain crunch and oreo's etc. on you donuts.
