The Lake Wildeness ward campout was held at the church owned property in the mountains called Ensign Ranch. They had a huge waterslide that kept the kids well entertained. The sun was shining, but it was too cold for me to try the slide, but it didn't stop the kids. The camp was beautiful and had a lot of fun things to do. The kids took a short trail ride on horses, played on the slide. There was a rock climbing wall, canoeing, and more. The ward had the breakfast meal as a group as well as smores and fireside program the night before. The camp is situated along a nice wide river, also great for tubing youth, but very cold water. We definately want to go back again.
