Today, I got to go on a Field Trip with Kaden's 5th grade class to the Ridgefield Nature Preserve. We hiked and canoed had lunch, learned about animals in nature and local indian lore. I got to see UP CLOSE, stinging nettle and poison oak. I hope I don't ever get to experience it. Its scarey, its mixed in the forest with the good plants. I'm thinking Hunter will be the first one in our family to discover how it feels. He never seems to be able to stay on the path.
