In Washougal, in the Washougal River, there is a park so to speak, called the Sandy Swimming Hole. NO SAND, but a nice place to play in the water. It was cool and refreshing, but you really need water socks or strapped on sandles. There were rocks to jump off of, a current if you wanted one, and deep still waters just to float in too. We took Brenden Geigenmiller with us and had a morning fo fun in the sun.
