House Hunting

Looking for the perfect home is impossible!  Everyone in this little family has a different idea of what is perfect and what they want and if you can believe it... keep changing their minds!  We found a 5 acre place, with a refurbished home that the boys loved.  Lots and lots of outdoor space to throw and build and explore etc., but the owner was not really serious about selling and would not budge on the price,  and actually raised the price $30,000 after we turned down their counter offer.  Then we found a small short sale that backed a large green space, and we convinced ourselves this one would work for our diminishing family.  But short sales can take many many months to actually become a sale.  Again we put in an offer hoping this would expedite the process. The owners accepted, but then we leaned that the bank still has 60 days to accept.  Sixty days!!!!  Grrrr.  Then one day, a home in our ward popped up that was perfect.  The right number bedrooms, the right square footage, a little green space, and in great condition.  We put in an offer on it after it being on the market only 3 days and they accepted.  The best part is that it is a relocation and the family would be out in a couple weeks, a quick closing and time for us to get settled before school starts.  Unbelievable.  We have a closing date set for July 28th.  I don't know if I dare post pictures as anything can happen, but this is what I hope to be our last move for a long time.
